Happy Clients.

"Katie was amazing!! We would love for her to be our REALTOR® again when we purchase our next home. Thank you for all of your help!"

Kim

"BJ was absolutely outstanding at breaking down the process to us as first time homebuyers. She was knowledgeable of the area we were searching in and went above and beyond for my family! We recommend her to everyone we know!"

Diana

"Katie was such a pleasure to work with. She never hesitated to pack up and meet us last minute to look at houses, she always answered my somewhat ridiculous questions, and was so meticulously organized with all of the mountains of information that come with searching for and buying a home. Katie made our first home buying experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. I can guarantee she will be the REALTOR® we turn to when it’s time for us to move again."

Home Buyer

"Katie was amazing in helping me find my new home! She knew what I wanted, and she worked very hard and diligently to meet all of my requests. I was very impressed with how friendly, professional, and efficient she was in handling everything from start to finish. I highly recommend Katie Simms for all of your real estate needs."

Home Buyer

"I would highly recommend BJ Smith to anyone selling or buying a home. She was always available to show us as many homes we wanted to see even though we lived pretty far from where we were purchasing."
